Working as a court employee with the State of New Hampshire comes with a wide range of benefits.

Medical Benefits

All regular, full-time employees are eligible for health benefits. Part time employees, who work a minimum of 30 hours, are also eligible for health benefits at a pro-rated cost. Benefits become available on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. 

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is provided by Northeast Delta Dental. All regular, full-time employees are eligible for dental benefits. Part time employees, who work a minimum of 30 hours, are also eligible for dental benefits at a prorated cost. Benefits become available on the first day of the month after 30 days of employment. 

Life Insurance

All regular, full-time employees are eligible for life insurance through VOYA. Employees automatically get $50,000 in coverage at no cost to employee. Multiple plans available through voluntary election: Additional Life Insurance, AD&D – Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Coverage available for Spouse and Children (15 days old to 26yrs).

Prescription Coverage

Express Scripts will provide you with access to a large national retail pharmacy network and mail order home delivery service. They have 274 retail pharmacies in The State of NH (CVS, Walgreens, Rite-Aid, Wal-Mart, supermarket pharmacies and local independent pharmacies). 

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

All full-time permanent State employees are eligible for to set aside money through pre-tax payroll deduction to help pay for eligible health care and/or dependent child care expenses. Some part-time employees may also be eligible for FSA benefits.

Public Service Student Loan Forgiveness

Some judicial branch positions may be eligible for public service forgiveness loans.
