Compensation
The New Hampshire Judicial Branch has a salary matrix of 60 labor grades
Increments
Regular full-time or part-time employees are eligible for an increment as long as the annual performance review is satisfactory or greater, or as approved.
Each labor grade has nine steps of increase:
- Steps 1-5: Annual Increments
Steps 5-6, 6-7 and 7- 8: Increments every two years.
Step 8 – 9: Increments every three years.
Pay Period
The State’s payroll system is setup on a bi-weekly payroll cycle. Payday is every other Friday
Longevity Pay
In addition to annual compensation, an employee of the Judicial Branch who has completed ten years of state service qualifies to receive supplemental longevity payments. *Temporary and Part-Time employees do not qualify.
